Privacy

Larpcore is a creator agency. This page explains what we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Short version: we only use your details to reply to you and, if you're a creator, to consider you for brand campaigns.

What we collect

When you apply as a creator: your name, email, platform, profile link, audience size, niche, location and anything you choose to tell us. When you send a brief as a brand: your name, work email, brand, website, budget range, timeline and the details of your brief.

Why we use it

To read and reply to your application or brief, to match creators with suitable brand campaigns, and to keep a record of our conversations. We don't sell your details, and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.

Who sees it

The Larpcore team, and the service providers that help us run the site and get your message to us (our hosting provider and the messaging and email tools that notify us about new forms). If you're a creator, we only share your details with a brand after we've talked to you about that specific campaign.

How long we keep it

Applications and briefs we don't move forward with are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, we keep what we need for contracts, payments and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time by emailingsupport@larpcore.in.
